Ovim putem Vas obavještavamo da se u organizaciji Gradskog ureda za branitelje obavljaju specijalistički pregledi pluća i bronha za hrvatske branitelje i članove obitelji smrtno stradalih, zatočenih i nestalih hrvatskih branitelja iz Domovinskog rata s prebivalištem u gradu Zagrebu.
Navedeni specijalistički pregled ciljano je namijenjen ranom otkrivanju plućnih bolesti te prevenciji najčešćih malignih oboljenja koji čine jedan od najčešćih uzroka smrti prema podatcima koje je Gradski ured za branitelje objavio u Publikaciji „Uzroci smrti hrvatskih branitelja 15. godina poslije“.
Pregled uključuje:
Ø Telerendgenogram pluća u dvije projekcije
Ø Obradu plućne funkcije s bronhodilatacijskim testom
Ø Mjerenje koncentracije CO u izdahnutom zraku
Ø Pulsnu oksimetriju
Ø Pregled i mišljenje pulmologa
Ø Plućnu rehabilitacija u trajanju od 3 tjedna po preporuci liječnika (u slučaju utvrđene liječničke dijagnoze kronične opstruktivne plućne bolesti)
Pregledi će se obavljati u Poliklinici za bolesti dišnog sustava, Prilaz baruna Filipovića 11 i započinju u listopadu 2017.
Zahtjevi za Onkološke preglede zaprimaju se u Gradskom uredu za branitelje na lokaciji Vodnikova 14, od ponedjeljka 02. listopada 2017. do popunjenosti kapaciteta, svaki radni dan od 08,00 do 15,00 sati.
Zahtjevu je potrebno priložiti:
Hrvatski branitelji prilažu:
- presliku osobne iskaznice
- presliku dokaza o statusu hrvatskog branitelja
Članovi obitelji prilažu:
- drugostupanjsko rješenje o pravu na obiteljsku invalidninu člana obitelji smrtno stradaloga hrvatskog branitelja iz Domovinskog rata/potvrda o statusu člana obitelji smrtno stradaloga, zatočenoga i nestaloga hrvatskog branitelja iz Domovinskog rata
